Our seafood version includes crab meat, Bay shrimp, avocado, tomato, egg and bleu cheese crumbles on a bed of crispy greens.
MBC Blackened Salmon Caesar
We dress our Caesar with Northwest king salmon, Cajun style, skillet-seared, topped with roasted pecans and garlic croutons.
Louis's Louis
Crab combined with eggs, heart of Romaine, cheddar cheese, tomato and 1,000 Island Dressing.
Sourdough Bowl of Chowder
Our own recipe served in a sourdough bowl.

Pastas
 Shellfish Linguini
Shrimp, eastern sea scallops and fresh clams tossed with linguini in an Aalfredo or Marinera sauce.
Mardi Gras Pasta
Penne pasta with lobster, shrimp, scallops, roasted peppers and onion tossed in a spicy Cajun cream sauce.
Capri Pasta
Fettucini with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts tossed with roasted garlic cream sauce.
